The 51st edition of Saarang, one of India’s largest student-run cultural festivals, is all set to take place at IIT Madras from 9th to 13th January 2025. With over 80,000 people expected to attend, Saarang 2025, themed “Frames and Fables”, will be a kaleidoscope of events, highlighting diverse cultural expressions from across the country.

- Theme: Frames and Fables—a tribute to visual storytelling and weaving tales through art.
- Footfall: Expected to attract 80,000 attendees from across India.
- Major Events:
- Pro Shows: A series of concerts featuring popular artists from classical music, EDM, rock, and pop genres.
- Workshops: Hands-on sessions promoting unique cultural art forms like Kalaripayattu and Parai.
- Multicultural Folk Parade: A celebration of traditional Indian art forms, attended by Hon’ble Governor Shri R.N. Ravi.
